Do you do web design or development only?

Both. I handle the full process, designing how your site looks and feels, then building it out on WordPress. You get one person owning the whole thing from blank page to live site, so nothing falls through the cracks between a designer and a developer.

Will I get a responsive website?

Always. Every site I build is mobile-first and tested across phones, tablets, and desktops before it goes live. Most of your visitors are on their phones, so your site is built to look and work perfectly there, not just on a laptop.

How much does a website cost?

It depends on what you need, a simple landing page costs less than a full e-commerce store. Once I understand your project on a quick call, I give you a clear, fixed quote with no surprises. You always know the full price before we start.

Do I need to provide hosting or a domain?

If you already have them, great, I’ll work with what you’ve got. If not, I’ll guide you on getting the right domain and hosting for your budget, and handle the full setup for you. You don’t need to figure out any of the technical side yourself.

Are you available 24/7?

I’m not awake around the clock, but I’m responsive and reliable. I reply quickly during working hours and keep you updated at every stage so you’re never left wondering where your project stands. For ongoing clients, support is always just a message away.

Are your prices negotiable?

The package prices are fixed because they’re built around clear deliverables. But if your project needs something different, more or less than what a package covers, that’s exactly what the Custom option is for. We talk through what you actually need and I quote you fairly for it.

What's included in the Custom plan?

The Custom plan is for projects that don’t fit a standard box, things like payment gateways, advanced SEO, social media integration, content management, and ongoing support, built around your specific goals. We scope it together on a call, then I price it to match exactly what you’re building.

How long does it take to build a website?

A simple corporate site usually takes about 1 to 2 weeks. An e-commerce store or a bigger custom build takes longer, depending on the features. Once I understand your project, I give you a realistic timeline upfront so you can plan around it. I’d rather set the right expectation than rush and cut corners.

What post-launch support do you provide?

Every build includes a support window so we can fix anything that comes up after launch. Beyond that, I offer ongoing care, updates, backups, security, and quick fixes, so your site stays fast and secure long after it’s live. You’re not left on your own once the site ships.
